A Brazilian “body-wizard” is behind Adele’s incredible three-stone weight loss.

The singer, 31, stunned fans with her new trim figure as she frolicked with celebrity friends on a Caribbean getaway.

Rolling In The Deep singer Adele, who split from husband Simon Konecki last year, was with Harry Styles and James Corden on the island of Anguilla.

Journalist Celia Walden, who is married to GMB host Piers Morgan, reveals she and Adele “share the same LA-based Pilates instructor: a Brazilian body wizard called Camila Goodis”.

Camila’s online biography says she uses “a variety of Pilates and core strength training exercises”.

The Golden Globes

All eyes were on Jennifer Aniston at The Golden Globes last night when Brad Pitt made his acceptance speech.

Brad won the Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture award for his role as Cliff Booth in Once Upon a Time In Hollywood.

Before the awards he said: "It's a lovely thing to be acknowledged, the hard work... and I just wish there were more words so others could be acknowledged."

As he accepted his award, we all sat patiently for Jen's reaction and it did not disappoint.
